Does My Laptop Have A Virus Because Of Roblox? [Solved]
Answer (1 of 7): It’s quite unlikely of Roblox to put in a virus inside your computer. Unless and until your computer is super old and has trouble running it, that is. If your game is lagging, there could be three reasons behind it. 1. Your Graphics and Game Quality are too high. 2.
If you download the game from the official sources such as Google Play Store, Apple App Store, or Roblox’s official website, you need not worry about any virus. However, if you downloaded it from third-party sources, it is possible that the installer of the game has been injected with some malware files.
Replied on December 19, 2019. Hi Hector. Once Roblox was downloaded from the official website, then that cannot give you a virus. Basically if a game is downloaded from the official website, it is safe, if the game is downloaded from a file sharing website or hack website, that can contain malware . . .
Does down loading roblox give you a virus? No. ROBLOX does not give any viruses.
If your anti-virus has flagged Roblox as a concern, please rest assured that Roblox is virus free and does not contain any malware. Occasionally, antivirus programs may flag a program incorrectly, which is known as a false positive.

If information about malware appears when you search the process, that’s a sign you likely have malware. However, don’t assume that your computer is virus-free just because a process looks legitimate. A process could lie and say it’s “Google Chrome” or “chrome.exe,” but it may just be malware impersonating Google Chrome that’s located in a different folder on your system. If you’re concerned you might have malware, we recommend performing an anti-malware scan.
I’m not an expert at this but I had a similar situation. Basically, what probably happened is that you had more free models and one of these had that virus. Once you pressed test game or play game the virus spread somehow. (I had that same situation, I don’t know how they spread but I assume that) This is then how it got onto the roblox model.
How did Roblox virus infect my computer? As mentioned above, the Roblox virus claims to be an in-game hack and. therefore, many users download this trojan intentionally. This, however, is not the case for other trojans. Most infiltrate systems without consent, since developers proliferate them by spam email campaigns, third party software download sources (peer-to-peer [P2P] networks, freeware download websites, free file hosting sites, etc.), and fake software updaters.
